This policy describes how TACTICALMEASUREMENTS e.U ("us", "we", or "our") collects, uses and protects personally identifiable information and data (“Personal Information”) in relation to our mobile applications and website  (http://tacticalmeasurements.com)  (collectively, the "Services"), when you access, download, install or use these Services on mobile phones, tablets, personal computers etc. (“Devices”). We collect the following types of personal information from you:

Information provided by you directly

We collect your personal information directly from you. We may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store audio signals you recorded with our Services with your device, and any information that you post to the Services. Those are your email address comment, brand & model of firearm, brand, caliber, type and weight of the bullet (collectively “User Content”).

Device information

When you use our Services on a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store “device identifiers”. Device identifiers are data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device, information related to your device’s hardware and software like model, manufacturer, operating system platform and version, screen size and resolution (collectively “Device Information”).

Geolocation information

When using our Services we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location. We may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store your current location.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use information collected anonymously by our Services in order to provide and improve certain functionalities within our Services and to improve the user experience.

We will not sell, rent or forward User Content provided by you to any third parties and your User Content is only used by us or persons affiliated with us to improve our Services and the user experience.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. The Services and their content are not directed at children or persons under the age of 21. In the event that we become aware that personal information from a child or a person under age 21 has been collected without parental consent, we will delete that record as quickly as possible.

Social media plugins and widgets are hosted either by third party providers or directly by us. Your interactions with these plugins are subject to this privacy policy or the privacy policy of any third party that offers such feature. We are not responsible for the use of, or guidelines regarding the use of, personal data by third party providers.

We do not have any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its usage by Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. 11. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

If we change any of these points we will do so with an software update of our applications. We therefore ask you to check and confirm the privacy after installing a new version.  We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. By continuing to use our Services after any modification to this Privacy Policy you indicate your acceptance of such modification.
