Information provided by you directly
We collect your personal information directly from you. Those are your email address comment, brand & model of firearm, brand, caliber, type and weight of the bullet (collectively “User Content”).
When you use our Services on a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store “device identifiers”. Device identifiers are data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device, information related to your device’s hardware and software like model, manufacturer, operating system platform and version, screen size and resolution (collectively “Device Information”).
When using our Services we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location. We may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store your current location.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use information collected anonymously by our Services in order to provide and improve certain functionalities within our Services and to improve the user experience.
3. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will not sell, rent or forward User Content provided by you to any third parties and your User Content is only used by us or persons affiliated with us to improve our Services and the user experience.
4. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We have implemented technical, organizational and physical security measures that are designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized, accidental or unlawful access, disclosure, use and modification. From time to time, we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Our Servers are located in Germany, and our service providers may be located there and in other countries. By providing us personal information, you agree that your personal information may be transferred to and stored in these countries. As a result, your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those countries according to laws in those countries.

You can request to access, correct, update and delete your User Content at any time through our Services or by contacting us. We will do our best to respond to your request (upon verification of your identity) within a reasonable period of time.
6. PROTECTION OF CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. The Services and their content are not directed at children or persons under the age of 21. In the event that we become aware that personal information from a child or a person under age 21 has been collected without parental consent, we will delete that record as quickly as possible.
Several parts of our Services use 'cookies' ─ small text files that are placed on the user's computer and stored by the browser. They are used to provide more user-friendly, effective and secure Services. Cookies also enable us to identify a user's browser. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by entering the corresponding settings in your browser software. However, please note that in this case you may not be able to use the complete range of functions of our Services.
8. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Our Services use Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses 'cookies' (see Section 7 above). The information about your visit collected by the cookies, including your IP address, is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. To the extent that our Services have activated IP anonymization, Google first abbreviates your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
